Make sure that the pot is covered so that the steam can be contained to ensure maximum infusion. Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the tea into a cup and enjoy. To bring out the blue colour, put one to two drops of lemon drops into the tea.
It is best served without sugar or a sweetening agent for maximum health benefits, however, you may add some honey or sugar to taste if needed.
