Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship each product within 24 hours from the time of payment or order confirmation and it is generally delivered within 4-5 business days within India in accordance with the terms and conditions of the delivery partners. However, for locations outside of India, it takes around 10-15 days to deliver the product. Please note we don’t guarantee the delivery timings as it is based on delivery partners however in most cases it is delivered within the mentioned timeframe. For unforeseen circumstances, we have no control over the delivery time and period.

Return Policy

We do not entertain returns for any of our products sold through the Website. However, in certain cases (as outlined below) returns can be made.

Item can only be returned in cases where there are any manufacturing issues identified with the product.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days or 48 hours of the delivery of an item.
The company will not be liable for any shipping charges for the return process.
The company might in select locations, provide return services, however, the customer must still pay for the postage charges.
Replacement items will be dispatched only after the original item is received by our warehouses.
Return address may vary based on location and will be mentioned on the received invoice.
